Build a flow#

  1. Choose an anchor event

    Pick the event to start from, e.g. add_to_cart.

  2. Set the number of steps

    Choose how many steps to show after the anchor event.

  3. Read the diagram

    Bar height is the number of users at each node; links show how users move between events. Smaller paths are listed below the main nodes.

Use flows to find surprises

Flows are great for spotting unexpected detours — users returning to search after adding to cart, or app crashes right before checkout.
